  • End of abstract submission: October 15th 2024
  • Abstract acceptance communication: November 15th 2024
  • Early registration closure: November 29th 2024 
  • Regular registration closure: December 31st 2024

 

Early registration (until November 15th, 2024)

  • Senior: € 250 + VAT 22% or € 250 with association at SCOOL
  • PhD Student: € 200 + VAT 22% or € 200 with association at SCOOL
  • MS Student: € 100 + VAT 22% or € 100  with association at SCOOL

 

Regular registration (until December 31st, 2024)

  • Senior: € 300 + VAT 22% or € 300 with association at SCOOL
  • PhD Student: € 250 + VAT 22% or € 200 with association at SCOOL
  • MS Student: € 150 + VAT 22% or € 150 with association at SCOOL

 

On-site registration

  • Senior: € 350 + VAT 22% or € 350 with association at SCOOL
  • PhD Student: € 250 + VAT 22% or € 250 with association at SCOOL
  • MS Student: € 150 + VAT 22% or € 150 with association at SCOOL

 

In order to facilitate a large participation at SuperFOx2025, a VAT-free registration fee will be offered to SCOOL members (the SCOOL annual association cost is 2€,  it will be offered by the SuperFOx organization). 

Please note that a certificate proving the student status will be required

Registration fees will cover: full access to all the Conference scientific sessions, program and all related materials and coffee breaks.

Social dinner (until December 31st, 2024): € 40,00 (VAT excluded)

Social dinner (on-site and for accompaining person): € 60,00 (VAT excluded)
